Hello awesome community,
I want to copy all my ringtones to my media card. Could someone guide me how to achieve this? I cannot seem to be able to find the blackberry ring tones - actually, I don't know where these are located...
Thanks ;)

I'm on wap so I don't know which device you're using an am unsure if this will apply to the storm. Ring tones are in media>ringtones. You cannot move or delete the preinstalled ring tones as far as I know.

You can delete them. I think I used either maxmem or bbsak (blackberry swiss army knife). You can't delete the individual files, but I might have deleted to folder. Been a while, can't think of a way to move them though. Just play around with it.

Edit: my ringtone folder is empty, so I got rid of them somehow.
Need to use your desktop Manager to move them from media on the phone to the SDcard. That's the only way I've seen so far that works. As far as deleting them off the phone, that may work too, not 100% sure about that.
The native ringtone are part of the core OS and should not be deleted, and can not be moved to the media card.
They are in a highly compressed format and do not occupy much space.
New ringtone should be saved to the media card, they are much larger files.
