Here we go - Classic Blackberry Alert and Ring tones as MP3s (including Blackberry 3)

So, here they are all the classic alert and ring tones from the older Blackberries, including the classic "Blackberry 3" e-mail alert.

I couldn't find these anywhere on the net, so I made these myself by cracking open a 7250 and connecting a speaker wire directly to the surface mount buzzer on the main PCB and running it directly into the microphone jack on my PC.

Feel free to redistribute this file, but be sure to give me credit.

Excellent, thank you for your diligence these are awesome ringers. Now if someone would be so "Bold" to do this same procedure with their BBBold. I am going to add these ring tones to my other non-blackberry phone.

Does anyone know where I can find the current lineup of BlackBerry ringtones? I've searched the forums, but can't find them. Are they available in the "ringtones" section of CrackBerry? How about on BlackBerry.com. I want them for a different device.

Hi, I'm a new user and I'd really like to get the new BB tones lineup too. Especially the BBM tone and the message tone. Would ve glad if you could direct me on where to find them.

Thanks alot! how did you extract the tones? I thought they were protected?

I'm interested in the very recent notification tones, that just went away with the latest update (about two weeks ago). Specifically, the cricket one and the bike bell. Does anyone have these? I was very sad that they were lost in the update. Thanks!

You totally rock! Thanks! I know I'm going to be able to handle my reluctant upgrade from my trusty old 7290 to the shrunken-keyboard Bold 9000 much better, now that I can at least make it SOUND like my dear departed 7290.

Hiya, these sounds are awesome, i'm partically deaf and these sounds are really good for me to hear, so thanks for doing these ;)
