Hey I changed my sms tone to one I downloaded and I went to edit ringtones and alerts and changed it to the one I want to use but when I get a sms it plays that ringtone for some people but not all?

Be sure that that the phone numbers do not have any punctuation (dashes, parentheses, etc) in them.
