I've loaded and reloaded BBDesktop Software and 8100 AT&T specific device software numerous times on my 2 computers, (windows).
The application manager icon usually doesn't show up on the final desktop software screen when open. Ocasionally it does, but then will stay for maybe a few hours then disappears never to be found again.
I've given up trying to download the programs over & over again as it takes about 90 minutes with my internet connection, and seems to make no difference.
HELP, any ideas??
