I want to buy a new microSD card for my bold 9700 and am looking at a sandisk 16gb class 2 one, but was wondering if there is a significant difference in performance that is noticable on my BB between a class 2, 4, or 6 microSD?
thanks yell0w but i think the OP wants to know if theres a difference in a blackberry - is there a significant gain in a blackberry when using a class 4 microSD?
I have a class 2 Sandisk 16gb card in my Tour. It works fine for everything i toiss at it, including music, video, etc.....
I think the need for anything more than Class 2 with a berry is not there. If you were buying a camcorder or camera with video, then maybe you would want something faster.
The only negative of the class 2 for me is/was the first time I loaded a whole bunch of music (about 13gb worth) to the phone/card. That took a while. Would have been faster with a faster card.
sooooo, in summary, a class 2 card will be fine for most people.
