Help! I bought a BlackBerry Charging Pod for my 9700, the packaging that came with it says it is for a Tour 9630.

I plugged it in and the power light on the pod lit up but there is no indication on the 9700 that say it is charging when placed in pod and I set the clock to display when charging and that doesn't work when placed in the pod!

I bought it from a place called OEM in Brooklyn.

Return it and get the proper one.

The charging contacts are in different places on the 9700 and 9630. A 9630 pod will not charge a 9700.

That's what I feared that I was shipped the wrong one, I've sent 2 emails to seller and finally got an email this morning asking for my number so I hope they call so I don't have to submit a complaint thru Amazon!
