I purchase the back snap on hard case ( covers the back and sides ) $14.95 and threw screen protector on ...loving it ( no bulk at all) heres the link to the one i purchased..

I'm right there with you. I loved the Seidio Innocase Surface case (Rubberized Hard Case), but they're not ready yet.

I ordered this one from Boxwave and it sucked:

I generally don't like Silicon cases, but someone recommended this one to me:

JSanta, does it feel weird texting on it? I noticed the bottom is openly in a odd shape so I'm curious. It seems like it'd be just like without a cover but the sides have protection so it may be different.

The Verizon clear plastic case is nice and protective. It also doesn't really look like you have a case on it. I have gotten a few compliments already.

I purchased a hard case that covers all of the edges of the phone and I love it. I purchased it from fommy.com. I purchased the red one and it is gorgeous! Considering buying another color, just can't make up my mind which color. They have 6 different colors.
