I contacted the folks at Wilson Electronics about their adapters for an external antenna. Unfortunantly, the connection for an antenna for the Curve is located behind the battery door, and isn't sturdy enough to be connected by adapter safely.
However, there is an external repeater option that you can hook up in your vehicle that will boost your signal substantially. Check out their website for more info. It's not a cheap option, but if you want performance, they do make the best signal enhancement gear I've found so far.
They also have several types of external antennae for you vehicle,including window mount and magnetic units.

I would have thought all the things this phone can do they would have a easy to install antenna.Oh well Ill just keeping for info on a system thay does not cost a arm and a leg.Thanks for the help
