I just received my regular silicon case from sw-box(dot)com. and it is crap by anybody's standard. Loose, cheap material, stinks, and is huuuuge.

Even with the in your face logo at the back of the Epik, surely it has to be better than what I got.

Of the three Epik cases I have, only the clear one has a logo. It's not really as "in your face" as they make it out to be on the site either.

The regular silicon skins aren't so great, as you mentioned. These fit snug and provide quite a bit more protection.

I have the same one as Spiral Out's clear except mine is pink and it doesn't have any logos on it and it's definitely a snug fit. I had to really manuever to get it on the first time. I love that case though and will probably take advantage of the fab pricing to get a different color

Hmmm... guess I'd have to order another case then. Another two weeks waiting too. How is the material feel? From the pictures it kind of looks like hard plastic, which I'd prefer to be honest rather than this flappy rubber cheap recycled used tires whatever it is I just received. I think the review on crackberry on the iSkin skins shows what i'd like the material to be like. If the Epik is similar then I'll order mine today.

It's harder than the silicon case by a decent amount and softer than an escalator handrail. Still flexible, but not flimsy.



I will say, I strongly prefer the one on the right from my first pic rather than this or the clear one. It's one of the ones with little circles all over it. Better design and fit.

So the one with the two cut holes for the camera and flash is better than the one with the one big hole cut for both camera and flash. Thanks. I don't like the one with the big circles and was hoping the plain one was the better fit. Cheers for that!

I haven't tried the 'no pattern' ones, so I can't comment on those.

I know.. How many pictures is he going to post? lol. Well if someone had posted these before I made a purchase, I would probably only have one Epik case and be just as happy.

On the one with the 'little circles' patten, they are barely visible when the case is on.

When I said no circle patterns I meant the one with small circle, as I couldn't see them in the photos so assumed it was plain. Looks good! Defo getting that then. My silicon one is off after two days. Not only is it crap, its a hair and dust magnet as well.

I'd like to thank Spiral out for your insight and pisctures. Just got my case, and as you mentioned, it is superb. Beats the sw-box tat hands down, which was also double what I paid for compared to the epik. I'm talking about the one with small circles if anybody is interested.

Great quality, tight fit, couldn't ask for more. and thanks tratan for the heads up on the degasis sale. great price.
