In India, the Bold-2 9700 and Bold-3 9780 BOTH came/comes with Original BB Leather Holsters (Black for Black Bold & White for White Bold).

Correction....Both my 9780's bought from India came with Faux leather pouches ( and 18 months warranty).

Don't know about the 9700, because mine was an ATT set, that came with a faux leather holster.

Original leather is different from the faux leather, that is supplied as OEM.

The 8900 from T-Mo came with a pocket pouch, but it was too tight to remove without both hands and a firm grip, and it had a bad habit of draining batteries by constantly pressing buttons.

Id rather just buy whatever I need aftermarket.

Att keeps the holster and re-packages in Att packaging. I go naked but the 9000 holster was nice.

My 8330m from Sprint came with the pocket holster. My 9650 from Sprint came with that pretentious clip holster. Either way, I neglected to use either one of them. Additionally, both phones came with an SD card.

My Torch 9800 didn't. I bought it off craigslist and seller say it's from Europe so who knows if Rogers includes it? I just an RIM/OEM off eBay.

TBH, I'm surprised RIM/Rogers includes since others don't.

rim is so dumb they stopped making oem hard holsters back around the 9700, it must be $2-$3 to manufacture and they could have sold ten's of millions of them from their site at $19.99-$29.99 plus S&H. Could have saved the stock while they continually missed wall streets expectations by a few cents/share.

Since the 9900/9930 is pretty thin it may be much more pocketable naked than previous phones. The 9700 series is not too bad but half again thinner this may not need anything to carry comfortably but it's actually heavier by a little bit.

Is that a TOUCH in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?
