how do i set the alert for my text mssages, i only see the option to change the ringtone, mine is a vz bb 8330, ive had it for about a week and its really frustrating me, ive downloadea bunch of ringtones off here, and they seem to work ok, except they seem kinda quiet when they ring, but are loud when you preview em, and the volume is up all the way, maybe you can help there to?
I have an 8830 also and having the same problem with the volume. Couldn't get an answer out of support. I also posted the question so maybe between the two of us........................
