    So, I am a relatively new bb user... How do I designate ringtones for text messages, emails, etc.? From what I have tried, I am only able to set one ringtone for everything...

    Go to Profiles>Advanced and then click on which profile you want to set ring tones for

    I tried that... but it didn't take me to a screen where I can designate ringtones for texts, emails, etc. It only allowed to me set a ringtone for
    'loud," "normal" ... Am I doing something wrong?

    oh, I got it... thanks for your help. Sorry, I am new to the BB world. I do love my BB though. I dont think I can ever go back
