My case finally came in the mail..but when it fits so close on the phone that when the case is on my 9700 automatically goes into standy mode and I can't do anything!..has anyone encountered this problem?..can I disable the standby mode?

I havnt encountered this problem with my eoik case from dcmugen. Fits great and doesn't interfere with anything

I wish it was that easy!..unfortunately the case fits so tight that I cannot press the standby button OR the lock button

Take it off and on a few times.

That might make it a little more loose.

This works for me. It loosen up a bit after a few wear. Be careful while putting the case on, you may accidentally press hard on the precious screen.
The case does put quite some pressure on the top buttons.
