I set my normal profile Phone tone to a custom ring tone.

But when I plug the phone into USB, it changes to "Ringer_ClassicPhone".

Is there a way to have it stay with my custom ring tone? I tried putting the .mp3 files in various place on the SD card, and in system memory, but no dice.

mine does the same thing. when i have my bold hooked to my laptop, it defaults all the ringtones. i'm not sure there is much that can be done about it.

it cant be done. because the memory card is separated from your phone when its plugged into the computer.

if you try accessing your music and such.. it'll prompt you to unplug from usb before being able to
