For some reason my charging pod will not work. I put the phone in the cradle and I get nothing. No clock or anything anyone have any useful information which might solve this problem.

Has your phone gotten wet or for some reason not sitting flush when in the dock? Also, does your battery charge without the dock? Just a couple things to check to get more specific with the problem.

Is this a new pod? Did it work before? You're sure it's the correct pod for your phone?

Did you take the case/skin off? The pod won't work unless the metal contacts can touch.

Phone is sitting flush. No case on it. Never been wet. Charging pod worked for for the two months I've had it. Charges fine with the usb direct. Really miss the less wear and tear on my usb that the pod offers. Maybe it just is broken.

Try cleaning the 2 contacts on the back.
