I hate all cases, plus it's a work phone. I'll drag is behind my car on a gravel road, and I don't care how many scratches it gets on it. As long as I can make calls and answer emails, it's all good .
I use the Otterbox Commuter. Have had it and the phone for 3 months and both are scratch free. Keyboard is a different story ha ha but that has nothing to do with the case. I highly recommend this case.

i have a 9800 torch and i keep it in the otterbox commuter case...
my old 8330 was not in a case at all and well... after a year of use.... cosmetically it turned out 4 out of 10.. hahaha ruffed up bad...
I think it is very important to carry the phone in the case. Primarily because it's nice, and also because so phone saves. The only BlackBerry accesories that I bought the screen protector and glasses.
I use the case that comes with phone. I've a BB bold 9700. Is there any good
Cases that I can put my phone in. Can any one give me some site's or any where on
Crackberry. Cheers.

Yes, always use a case. I'm not particular about scratches or dings.. I have them on my S2 already and they don't bother me a bit. I use a case primarily to make sure that in the event that a mishap does happen.. I don't have to spend a hundred bucks replacing the glass screen, and I won't be without my trusty PIM for a season of time.
I used to play around with the thought of carrying it naked, but after having dropped my phone in the OtterBox Commuter for quite a number of times already.. I'm glad I had it on.
Also, I like the fact that my friends marvel at me not flinching a single bit when my phone drops onto the ground.
I use the RIM leather pouch. I like the magnet feature to lock it as well as the protection of the screen since I drop it in my pocket all of the time. If I know that I'm going to be out at a game and it may rain, I'll switch to a waterproof case, but when I do, I miss the magnet.
OtterBox Impact case for mu Bold 9650. I'd much rather have no case at all but realize I do drop my phones every now and then and wouldn't want to replace it at full price, so opted for a slim case with pretty good protection w/o too much bulk. My wife uses a BodyGlove case that also has a clip/convertible stand on the back -- way too bulky and heavy for me but she likes it (but she also doesn't carry her Bold in her pocket like I do).
