So I download an app. Hour Tracker I think is the name. It didn't function properly so I deleted it and re-installed it. It is installed on the phone but is no where to be found. So I deleted it again and re-installed it. Still gone. It is not in downloads where it was. It's not hidden. Where did it go?
If you're not seeing it in any of the folders (even though your are expecting it to be in the downloads folder), I'd try a battery pull and look again.
