Hi I have a BB Pearl 8130 and I downloaded videos in .3gp format and transfered them to my memory card. I put them in the video folder on the memory card that was created when the Blackberry formatted the card when I first put it in there. The video shows up on the Blackberry and it starts to load and then it says it is an unsupported format. I thought the Pearl supported .3gp? Any thoughts or recommendations?

I would use free blackberry converter and convert movies into avi files.
Never had one fail me yet, it works all the time.

Thanks for the reply-doesn't look like the video converter works on a mac though. Any other ideas? Isn't the pearl supposed to support the .3gp though?

The .3gp extension is the most supported of all for the bb devices, try pulling your battery out and then playing the videos also may I suggest hitting up the link below to grab a test video that I'm positive will work on bb devices just to ensure the encoding of the file was correct.

is there any easier programs to use? i dunno what setting to put anything on..... ( new BB user )
