I cannot get figure out how to get the ringtones/wallpaper form crackberry onto my pearl. I have emailed them to my blackberry email and to my other email and I cannot open the link and i tried to download it from the website and cant do that either!!! This phone is SOOOOO complicated and I am a 27 year old who is tech savy...this shouldnt be this hard!

Did you receive the email to your blackberry?? Are the images and ringtones coming as URL, or directly??

You just double click the URL in the email...
