I use a Plantronics Voyager 855 to listen to music on my Bold. It's a bluetooth headset that has a second ear bud that connects to the ear piece and you loop it around to your other ear. That was my solution to my problem, but I'm not sure if that helps you.
If it does, the sound quality is pretty great, but I am by no means an audiophile. I have small ear canals, so it's difficult to keep in my ears all of the time, but I think it was a sound purchase. Especially at about $35 to $40.
