When you save a picture it must be saved as a .jpg file. As an example, you would type the name of the file as:

name.jpg (with name being whatever you want the name of the picture to be)

Thanks, also when I set the pic as my wallpaper, it over stretches/crops it on the screen automatically, I can't see any options either?

As mentioned in numerous threads you must use a picture that measures 1024 X 1024 for the best results. You can use the CB Wallpaper Maker located here to re-size a picture:
