Anyone have any ideas on how to get the cradle to charge my blackberry 8300? I slide the bb into the cradle and it won't charge. The extra battery charger and bluetooth charger both work. I even returned the first one I purchased and the 2nd is not working as well. Some setting on the phone I have to change to get it to work? I've tried getting help from RIM, but not luck unless you want to pay for technical support.
The Power Station is designed as as "drop and charge" for your device. So no settings should be configured in order to get charged when you drop it onto the cradle. Try to charge another Curve with your PS. It could be that your device is faulty and not the PS. If nothing happens after that, then you can conclude that you got another faulty PS and ask to get it replaced again or ask for a refund.
