Uhm, sorta depends on what size you want bud. So, you'd have to be more specific I guess.
I always buy from Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!
I tend to find the best prices on ebay. I bought a brand new battery for my storm for $10. I think I bought a 16GB MicroSDHS card off ebay right when they came out for like $60. They probably came down a little by now.

I got lucky and was able to snag an 8gb SanDisk mSD card from Staples the same week I got my phone last month, for $20.
I'm looking for a 16gb, as far as I can see ebay is the best source (~$60 CAD). Anyone know any better prices.?
Be careful on ebay. The latest scheme is to sell cards that show they have more space than they do. For example they might be sold as 16 gb and your computer might see it as that large, but then it will turn out to be 4 and fill up unexpectedly. Be sure to check feedback and be wary of feedback left right after receiving (before using).
Best buy usually has an 8g on for $20. 16g I went to ebay. Depending where you live the shipping is killer on some sites.

I got a 2gig for $5.99 from microcenter.
i dont need that much but got a 4g at radio shack for 12.99! you can check for their specials the 2g was 9.99
