I got my bold, got a charger and screen protector, but haven't got a case yet.

For those of you who have a case already, what are the best ones out there now? I've been looking at the Seidio Innocase Snap.

I am using a Case Mate "Barely there" for the 9630 Tour. The charging port is the only real difference between the Tour and the 9650 Bold. It is slightly higher. This case has large openings so it still allows access. The case only provides protection for the back and sides though. Otterbox Commuter. Great protection, not as much bulk as the Defender.

Coming from a Body Glove snap hard case for my old Curve, I decided to go lighter and went with the Case Mate Smart Skin, which covers the keyboard as well. I actually LOVE the way the rubberized cover feels when I'm typing, I have fewer mistakes now. I added a privacy screen and its basically protected head to toe now.

I really like my Otterbox Commuter and choose it after reading lots of posts on various cases for other BB models, but I don't have any hands-on experience with any of the others.

I use an Incipio Silicrylic two piece case with my 9630. I like it better than the Sedio Innocase that I had before got the Incipio- mainly due to double-layer protection that the Silicrylic provides without the bulk of the Innocase.

Hopefully the OP won't mind me tossing in a question while I'm here. Like many, I thought I'd order my 9650 case before picking up my 9650 in the store in a few days.

I've been checking out several case web sites and some list fitment as the same for both the 9630 and 9650. Since the USB port location is shifted slightly on the 9650 vs. the 9630, I wonder how precise the "fit" of some case manufacturers USB cut-out is? Anyone notice the USB "hole" in their 9650 case to be off? I suspect Otterbox is cut to be 9650 specific but I wonder about some of the other brands?

I think that now they are mostly cut for the 9650 since the sprint one has been out a while.

I looked at the incipio but i've noticed seeing one personally that they don't cover the bottom and the top or at least the one I've seen doesn't and that's where mine gets nicked...

I use the same case-mate smart smart skin. I only use that case when I'm at work though during the day so as I love having my keyboard covered up from protection of the dirt and dust I'm around on the job sites, plus this case fits into my Seidio innocase clip Holster which is great! Best case I've had so far

Actually got in on the flebay - it was $6.49 plus $3.99 shipping. I was skeptical, but it came in twith he Verizon packaging with the $29.99 tag on it. Looks like he has a lot. Oly thing I wish it had was the plastic cover over the screen like the one for my 8330 had.

I have a 9700 and I'm torn between the Case-mate smart case and Otterbox Commuter. I want something that protects the keyboard. I plan on using either one in a Bold 9000 pocket pouch to keep it dust free.

How easy is it to type with the case mate smart skin on? And does it protect as well as the Otterbox in the phone falls on a hard concrete floor?

Like many others my 8530 is wrapped in an Otterbox Defender (got it on Amazon for $25). I need the protection due to my profession. If has paid for itself many times due to drops etc.

I use a incipio case which is amazing. It is a hard plastic which clips onto the back of the phone I love it.
