Recently when scanning various BBM Barcodes I noticed that the requests were left as pending and were never received by the intended recipient.
After some reviewing, I noticed that the case for the letters from the scanned barcode were all in lowercase, and not in the uppercase, as shown on the recipients PIN. As an example, 123ABC45 would appear as 123abc45, which is incorrect!
Is this a bug in the scanner or am I missing something?

See above...Pins are not case sensitive...
Maybe the people just told you it was received and didn't want to add you? haha just kidding, but in all seriousness...it doesn't matter if your pins are caps or not...
