My wife bought me an oem blackberry side case for my storm only she got me the bold side case. It has two magnets toward each end of the front of the case. My storm doesn't go to sleep when I put the storm in. Is there somewhere I need to enable the sleep mode or will this case not put my phone in to sleep mode? I appreciate the help.
Not for sleep mode, no. The magnets in that case are probably in the wrong position. You could try flipping the storm in the opposite direction in the case.
The OEM case should come with a limited one year warranty; try getting it replaced. I have the holster and not the side case, but mine works fine and the side case should work, too.
