    Yesterday, My phone kinda acted up so I did a battery pull now everything is gone. It defaulted my Home screen back to the alltel wp then I went to change it back and everything is gone? my contacts are still there but nothing is in the media achives, no music, ringtones or wallpapers. What went wrong and can I get them back?

    Re-seat your media card take it out and reinstall it.

    I'll do that but none was on my media card, all was actually on the phone itself. Thanks

    Did you back up your phone on the BB Desktop?

    Open the Media app and press menu then select Explore then select Device Memory and if your media files are there move them to your media card.

    First go to Options/Media Card press menu and select Format Card if you haven't already.
