So I am going to bite the bullet and get a charge pod finally. I do not want to have to repair a broken charge port.

The problem is the price! I can not find any place that ships from Canada. Every seller is in the U.S. and that makes shipping far too high plus potential and unknown duty costs.

What have you Canadians done, recently, and how much?

OR do any of you have a used one you want to send to me for a great deal?

Or do any of you electronic geeks know how I could make my own from any old charger (what voltage?), split the wire, attach to 2 thumbtacks in a pretty piece of wood and voila! Come on you resourceful folks help us out here!

When you get your charging pod, your going to love it. When your phone rings in the middle of the night, you can answer it, and just throw it back on the pod w/out having to worry about turning the lights on.
