Please explain how you got the case off! Did it damage it in any way. I love my Innocase surface, have not had to remove it yet!

lift it open from the top and then dig into the creases on the side but be gentle

The best way to get your case off is to accidentally drop it on the ground. That's the only time it painlessly comes off for me, which is incredibly convenient. I'm probably never going to buy another Seidio case because of this.

Yeah, it definitely takes some determined prying, especially at the parts where the prong snaps are. It's a nice-looking case and adds little bulk, but ugh, every time I take mine off, it feels (and sounds) like it's going to break. This case is not for the faint-hearted.

If you put a coin in the slot to pop it open and run your fingernail along the crease towards the bottom it comes of quite easily!

let us know if the case scratches up the metallic bezel. it did that to my storm.....
