Will a charger for a Motorola RZR work for a BB Bold? The Bold charger has an output of 700ma. The RZR charger's output is 850ma. Will it simply charge faster or will it overcharge my battery and damage it?

Yes it will work. No it will not damage the battery. The battery
has it's own overcharge protection so no worries there either.

I used anything lying around to charge a Pearl, Curve and Bold.

everything from the printer cable, mp3 player cable, digicam cable, and several
I can't identify on 4 different BBs and a Razr. Not one has suffered because of it

maybe not voltage, but amperage? i've had quite a few motorolas not actually frying, but not charging on a blackberry wall charger =[
