I really do NOT like the look of the case on it! I didn't actually think the styling of the steel around the device was so important to the look, but black it out like that and it is far less impressive.

I am not a case person but it is all I could find for now. It fits very well and does protect the shiny back. It is also thin enough where it drops right back into the RIM leather holster with swivel clip. That is a plus for me as I got to have a holster.

I will never know as I have already stripped my device down to naked! I am just not a case guy.

I am just not a case person. I do still use the Barely There case on my iPhone but it is seeing little use now. Looking forward to seeing what they come up for the 9860.

Thanks for the pix. That case just does not look good. You're screwed if you drop it on the top or bottom of the phone. Would of thought Case Mate would have something to protect the whole phone.

Aluminum is not magnetic so it shouldn't affect the nfc, however having it cover the antenna might cause a little issue, but as long as the antenna is strong enough it shouldn't affect it. but it might give it a little issue, i really hope it doesn't.
