I have searched and not found anything about a case that fits the "slimmer" 9350. I also want to make sure that when placed into the case, the magnets trigger the device to go into "case" mode and shut the screen off...change sounds etc.

I found a couple on "shop crackberry" but the reviews werent great and it didnt say anything about the auto shut down when placed into the case.

What do you 93XX users have ? Thanks in advance for the help.

What kind of case are you looking for?

The leather holster for the 9330/8530 works well. Including the holster mode.

I don't have the 9350 with a case, but I don have the 9360 with the pocket. I think that may be close to what you are asking for.

It works really well, and yes the magnet locks the screen properly.
I cannot vouch for using the 9300/9330/85xx cases, as the 9350/60/70 is a bit thinner and I do not know if the magnet sensor is in the same place.

I use the Seidio Surface with the holster and love it. It hardly adds any bulk, is available in a few colors and is easy on and off. When you put it in the holster, it locks it and when you take it out, it wakes it. Also, the holster is a one hand operation.

The one that I have (had, actually, I gave it to my Dad) has a swivel clip. It can be worn either horizontal or vertical. I got it on eBay. Just do a search for "blackberry curve OEM holster". The ones listed for the 9300/9330 will work for the 9350/60 also.

This is why I hate shopping on the internet. The case referred, I ordered. It came in and ...Yeah, the blackberry fits in it. Its got a belt clip...WOAH COOL... But the feature I wanted, turning off ringers and shutting the screen off - while in holster - DOESNT WORK because the 9350.xxx is a lot slimmer.

That's a bummer. It's a nice looking case, but is different than the one I had.

I wish I still had it so I could post a picture.
I promise that it was originally purchased for a 8530 and the holster mode works with the 9350/60.

I didn't give you bad advice on purpose.

I think mostly it's because the 9350's magnetic sensor is in a different location then what the case is designed for, so it doesn't line up with the magnet in the case.

I'm using my 9360 with a TPU case (it doesn't adds to much bulk) with my old Bold9000 holster it fits a little loose but at least it puts phone on standby mode
