Does anyone know of any side cases for the 8900 (or will fit it) that will activate sleeper?

Someone at Pinstack tried the Storm case, but the magnet was in the wrong place.

Has anyone tried an 83XX case?

Any help would be great!

I guess this could qualify as a side case since the clip swivels, but then the opening isn't at the top, so it's a no-go for me.

Guess I'll just have to wait.

I have the rex regina from my 'old' curve 8320. I have a silicone skin on my new 8900 and this case still works great - and the sleeper function works as well. I got it from crackberry:

There alway is, but in this case (excuse the pun ) you might have to wait... I'm sure in time new cases will come out.

The rex regina is a snap, but the leather case is WAY better that anything else that is out there right now. The leather is a premium quality compared to any oem case or others I have seen/have.

Mine just arrived in the mail... it is a magnet closure... not a snap... it fits like a glove, and the sleeper magnet works just fine also.

Has anyone else found a horizontal case that fits the 8900 with the gel skin on, and also puts the device in sleep mode? The rex regina sounds nice, but the price is absurd.

You'd change your opinion if you wore business clothes all day and had to use your phone a lot. It gets really annoying taking it in and out of your pocket all day long.
