    the stock wall charger is 900 i think so you should be good

    I've got the charger handy right here...heres the details:

    Input:100-240v ~ 150mA 50-60Hz
    10-20VA
    Output: 5v==700mA

    Im no electrician, but I'd say if you charge your phone using his 800mA charger, you're going to be supplying too much power to the device and possibly frying it.

    Someone correct me if Im wrong though.....

    I would be wary of using any charger that supplies more power than the stock charger.

    maybe it'll charge super fast!! (sarcastically grins and raises eyebrows) I would say try it on a monday... then call verizon for a new one if it dies.
