    Hate to do this but I'm getting a little worried now. I tried emailing and PM'ing regarding the tracking number for the HTC One but still haven't gotten a response in two days.

I'm working with a new shipping department that has been causing quite a bit of headache - as such getting tracking numbers and simple information back from this group is beyond painful. I've just emailed you with the tracking number. Please confirm that you have received it.
