No....these are limited edition with only 12,000 made. What I'm asking is what production number is this one? 0 - 12,000.

Mind sharing the link you got this information from? I haven't seen the AWS HSPA+ band listed for the RFF91LW anywhere.

You should search by the STL100-3 number, not the RFF91LW number. And here is a link to where you can find the information:

There are two sub-variants of the STL100-3. That link is talking about the other variant, the RFK121LW. Unofficially (i.e. based on user reports), the RFF91LW does have an undisclosed UMTS 1700 band, but in RIM's documentation (PDF link, page 3) it does not.
