Okay, this is a new BB Bold 9000 I've had for a while. I powered it up today to take the pics - it comes with everything that was OEM and none have the accessories have been used except the battery and charger and only for a few minutes. This was a replacement device and the IMEI number from the box does not match the phone. I thought I'd throw that out there because I would wonder why they didn't. The device is still locked to AT&T but unlock codes are under a buck for this model. I'm looking to sell it, but would consider a trade for my daughter - she likes the Samsung Captivate but it must be in the same condition as this one is in. There is a screen protector on the device, from the factory.

You're the one who said it was refurbished in your PM. I couldn't tell you - it was sent as a replacement. Any way to tell for sure?

i think there was a way in the help me screen (alt+shift+h) or some other menu option if you type "BUYR" minus the quotes or some kinda keystrokes meaning "buyer" will show the re-manufactured date.

chances are, if its sent as a warranty replacement device, its a refurb. but if its still running 4.6, you never know. either it sat on the shelf that long as a refurb or it was sent as a brand new device still packaged with 4.6. if thats the case, then wow.
