I used this phone for about 8 months and had no issues with it. The screen clicks like it's supposed to and everything works. I've had a screen protector on it since day 1. I bought the Innocase 360 and holster but didn't use it a lot (probably less than 20 days total). There are a few scratches on the top where the phone wasn't covered by the leather pocket holster but the screen is perfect.
I have wiped it and put on the latest Lyricidal hybrid 5.0.0.591 OS. (Lyr's hybrids always ran great for me.) If you prefer, I can put the official VZW OS on it before shipping.
Perhaps most importantly, it is unlocked for use on GSM networks. I tested it with a friend's T-Mobile SIM card so I know that it works. The ESN is clear and ready to activate on Verizon if you want to do that as well.
