This is a replacement device from AT&T and is a refurb. I received it on May 20 from the AT&T device center. Initially, I had problems charging the device, as I think the port was loose. However, the prongs are bent and the black piece the prongs sit on is gone. AT&T says it is physical damage and will not replace it. I have a new blackberry and am looking to sell this one to anyone who wants to fix it or use it with a charging pod. The phone is in great shape and works fine otherwise. Maybe the port can be repaired by PDA Repair World - A full line of RIM BlackBerry repair services and BlackBerry parts for all BlackBerry handheld devices
