Is that dust on the back or scratches? So the total is 365$? The pics also have a weird black mark, is that part of the picture or was it the cameras fault? (It doesn't affect the pictures it was just bugging me)

But how are the TMo ones different exactly? They won't work on the 3G networks of ATT, Rogers, etc?
