I have responded to all emails/ PM's but will answer some questions now.

The ESN of the device is guaranteed CLEAN, I have been the only owner of this phone.

The film on the camera lens is the original protective cover and the scratches are only on the film.

The phone is not unlocked as I just got it I never bothered. I am not too sure on how the unlocking process works but I see no reason why this one could not be unlocked as the ESN and everything is clean.

I can and will ship to Canada for a small amount more to help with shipping.
