I used this iPod touch for roughly 1 month, its been in a casemate leather case with screen protector since day 1. In this buy you get iPod and all accessories that came with it, 2 extra griffin screen protectors, casemate leather case, and marware sportshell. The Sportshell is a 3 in 1 its a case, armband, and belt clip.

Yes it should still be covered I purchased in Jan/Feb 2010. There are no issues with unit I have an additional touch 8gb and ipod video along with my new toy iPhone 4 32gb I no longer need this
