I'm sick about selling this, but I have no choice. Item is in excellent condition. Absolutely no physical blemishes of any sort. This thing has been my baby since purchasing in October. The candyshell case has some light scratches on the back, but it's a glossy case so that's pretty much to be expected.

it is locked to at&t. i've been doing a little research and it seems like it's fairly easy to unlock (anyone who might know from experience i'd appreciate chiming in here to be sure), but since it voids the warranty, i don't want to do it unless i know for sure it is sold.

While unlocking an iPhone is relatively easy, it can't be done with the baseband included with iOS 4.2.1 right now.
