New as of August 3rd, Warranty is good until that date in 2011. Little use on it, in great great condition. Might consider a trade for an Iphone 4, but will not ship first..My rep here speaks for itself. It is Jailbroken, and is capable of lots of free games right out of the App Store because of it.
