The Inc. some with the SEIDIO 1750mAh extended life OEM sized battery as well as the stock HTC battery. Any smudge in the picture is just a finger print and I will give it a good undusting before shipment. Small air bubble at the top of the screen protector (not any mark on the phone itself). In perfect working order and is currently rooted running the stock HTC ROM, can be unrooted if requested.
