I'm trying to work it out but I believe he over reacted. I'm not Amazon, I don't guarantee an item in stock, I didnt guarantee the item. I'm refunding him now through PayPal, and apparently are saying the transaction is still in progress, regardless of an email they sent you. PayPal is attempting the transaction again, there is money Is The account and you will have your refund.

Ok I have been instructed to close the thread. As I stated CB is not responsible for Market Place transactions. Buyer and Seller must work it out at this point between themselves, and/or their respective law enforcement agencies, CB is out of it!
