I am selling a 2013 MacBook Pro with Retina Display and SSD. This computer is lightly used and is in excellent condition. It has a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and the latest software. Agreed to a deal with the seller. He has yet to ship Said he was out of town until last Friday etc. I get an e-mail a bit ago saying he is just going to refund. Unacceptable. Wasted time. Money. Passed up other deals in the meantime, and just before Christmas. You are going to have to come up with a better solution. I have a feeling he made another deal behind my back.

I am the buyer. And unfortunately if there was an issue you should and would have said something instead of leading me to believe this was to be shipped Friday. You got back, and you didn't ship it. I believe you sold it after I had already paid for it. Unacceptable. I passed on other machines since I had already purchased this. And a week or so before the holiday as well. Utter BS.
