    My apologies..was not trying to mislead..It is a 2nd Gen. 8GB iPod Touch..

    it does not have a camera, of course..from what I have read, it can be updated to the 4.0 iOS - but, will not support 'multitasking' or 'Facetime' (due to lack of cam).
