Where can you unlock Telus storms ? Just out of curiosity...I've never heard of anyone who's been able to do it.

Guy I go to does it for $35, but it takes 2 weeks.
I get all my rogers phones unlocked from him and its $6 and takes 3 minutes, for perspective.
