yester there were no violations that I can see, the only thing that was wrong was my pictures didnt show up right away, I had something wrong in the link everything is good now.

Okay this item is for sale again, I held on to it due to some problems that developed with my storm 2, but with the newest software they have worked themselves out!! so I am selling my tour, as a update though (and its been updated in the first post, this tour is now unlocked through ( had verizon do it!) and it now comes with a 16 gig sd card!
